| Returns & Exchanges Policy: |
- Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty
- Most merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase
- Opened ink and toner cartridge are exception to the 7 days policy
- All defective products can be exchanged within 14 days.
- If any returned items found non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all returning shipments. We recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.Once order placed, the order can not cancel.
- All defective products must be returned for replacement or refund.
- All S&H are not refundable
